This Matcha Chia Seed Pudding recipe is simple to do, healthy and most importantly, de-li-cious!
Matcha and chia seeds are both so good for you. Matcha is packed with antioxidants, boosts your metabolism, helps you focus and even detoxifies the body. Chia seeds on the other hand, are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.
